All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, the state of Texas and the laws of the United States of America. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The following are the terms and conditions relating to your participation in and/or attendance at Organization Advisors, Inc., and/or HER Workshops live events, virtual and online coaching, coaching and consulting, and live seminars as well as virtual seminars, online seminars, teleseminars, webinars, telephone/ online/ virtual training, and telephone/online/ virtual consulting and coaching programs, written, digital, electronic and recorded products (“Products”), and Done-for-you-Workshops which are produced by Organization Advisors, Inc. These terms and conditions are relevant to all Organization Advisors, Inc. and HER Workshops events, Seminars, Programs and Products.  By registering for and/or participating in any of the Programs, purchasing or utilizing any of the Products, or registering for and/or attending or participating in any of the Seminars at any of our locations (“Venue"), you (the "Attendee") indicate your acceptance of, agreement with, and obligation to these Terms and Conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for, purchase, utilize or participate in the Program or Products or register for or attend any Seminars.

 

Confidentiality

 

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

 

Liability Waiver

Attendee is legally responsible for their safety and behavior and agrees to, and is held legally liable to, the following statements:

I, the willing Attendee of the Seminars and/or participant in the Programs and/or Products hereby accept all risk to my health and of my injury or death that may result from participating in the Seminars/ Programs/Products and I hereby release Organization Advisors, Inc. and their officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors, and representatives from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation at the Seminars/Programs/ Products, whether caused by the negligence of Organization Advisors, Inc, its governing board, officers, employees, or representatives or otherwise.  I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Organization Advisors, Inc., its CEO, Connie Williams, its officers, and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating in the Seminars/ Programs/Products. Under no circumstances will Organization Advisors, Inc, the division of HER Workshops, or their assigns be held liability for my injury or death or any loss or damage of my personal belongings resulting from my participation in the Seminars/Programs/Products. Should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in the Seminars/Programs/Products, I consent to such treatment. I acknowledge and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify Organization Advisors, Inc. verbally and in writing if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the Seminars/Programs/Products in my travels or attendance, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Organization Advisors, Inc is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to provide any medical service whatsoever to me. I agree that if I have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper me from fully and healthfully participating in the Seminars/ Programs/Products that I will notify the Organization Advisors, Inc./HER Workshops and that Organization Advisors, Inc./HER Workshops retains the right to ask that I not participate in portions of or the entirety of the Seminars/ Programs/Products.

Grant Advisory Limitations (Non-Negotiable)

CoachConnieAI™ Pro does not:

• Provide legal, accounting, financial, or compliance advice.

• Certify grant eligibility, allowability, allocability, or regulatory compliance.

• Finalize budgets or financial documents.

• Submit grant applications on behalf of users.

• Provide legal certifications, assurances, or representations.

• Guarantee funding, awards, selection, or approval outcomes.

 

All grant proposals, budgets, and submissions must be reviewed and approved by qualified grants management, finance, legal, or compliance professionals prior to submission.

 

Authority of Funding Announcements:

All guidance provided through CoachConnieAI™ Pro is subordinate to the official funding announcement, including the applicable NOFO, FOA, agency regulations, and governing law.

 

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the official funding announcement and issuing agency guidance shall govern.

Non-Affiliation Disclosure.

 

CoachConnieAI™ Pro and Organization Advisors, Inc. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any federal, state, or local government agency or funding organization.

 

No Guarantee of Results:

Use of CoachConnieAI™ Pro, including the Grant & Funding Development Advisor add-on, does not guarantee leadership advancement, funding awards, selection, approval, or any specific outcome.

Your Responsibility:

You remain fully responsible for all decisions, actions, submissions, and outcomes. CoachConnieAI™ Pro is a leadership development and strategic support tool, not a decision-maker.

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all text relating to the Company’s services and the full content of our Website and our Seminars/Programs/Products, including the Done-for-you-Workshop Training Packages and the CoachConnieAITM (free) and CoachConnieAITM Pro (paid) provided by the division of HER Workshops.

 

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgency, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, an act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made event outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

 

Payment

HER Workshop Members’ are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then every month thereafter, on the same date each month. We may terminate your membership and remove you from all our Organization Advisors, Inc./HER Workshops platforms if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect your payment. All products and materials within the HER Workshops membership will always remain the property of Organization Advisors, Inc. and the Done-for-you-Workshop Packages can be reproduced, distributed, branded, and packaged for profit for paying members only and according to the Content Rules.

 

Organization Advisors, Inc. is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by PayPal. For members making their monthly membership payment through PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date, to do this you can follow the steps on the PayPal website. Should you cancel your membership with the HER Workshops Membership, it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is canceled with PayPal directly. Please make yourself aware of PayPal’s Privacy Policy if this is your chosen payment method for your membership.

The HER Workshops Membership does not accept payment in the form of checks. Consequently, all purchases and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

 

Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy

 

Membership:

 

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at  connie@herworkshops.com.  Membership is month-to-month, and there are no Annual Subscriptions. As a new HER Workshops member, you may cancel your membership for a full refund within your first 30 days of joining the membership for the first time if your cancellation is requested at least 3 days before the next billing date; this is our money-back guarantee. Any cancellation requests made after your billing date will not be eligible for a full refund. You will have access to the membership for another month and your cancellation will take effect the day before your next billing date.

 

Existing or Members who have joined for a second time may cancel their membership at least 3 days before their next billing date. Any cancellation requests made after your billing date will enable you to have access to the membership for another month, and your cancellation will take effect the day before your next billing date.

 

Membership:

The Company, from time-to-time, provides various Online-Courses, programs, and products for sale separately to the membership. By purchasing these products you are given immediate access to all the content for our courses, programs, products, and Online-Courses for your own personal or internal business use.  Online access is only available for members, who have paid for their membership.

According to the Content Rules for paying members, you acknowledge and agree that you do have the right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, and profit from the Done-for-you-Workshop Packages. You can brand and put your logo on all Done-for-you workshop packages your purchase through your membership. You cannot sell your content license or publish in a book the Workshop Packages because they care copyrighted and are the intellectual property of Organization Advisors, Inc.

 

Online Courses:

By ordering our Online-Courses separate from the HER Workshops Membership, you agree that the Online-Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the Online-Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Online-Courses. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.

 

No refunds are given for an Online-Course(s) you have ordered as you shall be immediately granted instant access to the Online-Courses materials. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a particular course on the sales page before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course. If you have any questions regarding any Online-Courses you can contact connie@herworkshops.com prior to purchase.

Age Restriction Clause

 

Age Requirement. Our website, programs, products, and online services, including CoachConnieAI™ and CoachConnieAI™ Pro, are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly permit or authorize use of our services by individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

 

Adult Content

We discourage the use of adult or profane language from the Website and all of our platforms; however, we are not responsible for the communication of participants, Venue staff, attendees, and guests. We will monitor the content and delete the use of adult and/or profane language from the platform.

Personally Objectionable Content

You agree that we have no liability to you for any content you find to be objectionable, including but not limited to Adult, Spiritual or Political topics.

A “forum” means any message board, chat room, user review forum or an interactive service appearing on any of our Websites and Online-Courses which includes both public and private folders.

You may not use any forum in a commercial manner. You may not post material that solicits funds or that advertises or solicits goods or services. You may not post material known to be false. You may not post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component. We are not responsible for material appearing in any forum on the Sites.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Litigation of all disputes between the parties arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be conducted in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in the State of Texas, County of Travis.

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. For changes to our Privacy Policy, we encourage visitors to our website to check our policies available for changes. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email will be made to those affected by this change. These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and Organization Advisors, Inc./HER Workshops. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of Seminars/Programs/Products, Done-for-you-Workshop packages, purchases, membership or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the Disclaimer Notice, Waivers, and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
